Check-in & Check-out
To ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience, please review the following information regarding check-in and check-out procedures.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-out: Until 12:00 PM (noon)
If you wish to extend your stay, this may be possible depending on existing bookings and availability. Please speak with us in advance. Any extension must be paid in cash on site.
Check-In details
Upon arrival, the front gate must be opened to enter the property. Please follow the driveway all the way to the end, where you will find the main building for check-in.
Between the check-in times Lornie will welcome you and show you the booked room
Early or Late Check-in
An early check-in before 2:00 PM is only possible upon prior arrangement and confirmation. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, it is essential that you inform us in advance. Without prior notice, the gate may already be locked for the night, and entry cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Services
We want your stay at Lornie & Ren Finka to be as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Below you will find the services available to all our guests.
WiFi
We provide fast and reliable Starlink internet throughout the entire finca. The connection is stable, complimentary, and accessible in all guest areas — ideal for staying in touch, remote work, or streaming.
Parking
Free parking is available on the property for all guests. The parking area is located within the finca grounds, and the entrance gate is securely locked overnight to ensure safety.
Luggage Storage
If you arrive before check-in or plan to depart later in the day, we offer complimentary luggage storage. Your belongings will be securely stored, and the key will be kept safely by us until you return.
Private Pickup Service
For a smooth and comfortable arrival, we also offer a private pickup service from various locations across Bohol.

Motorbike rental
For guests who wish to explore the area independently, a motorbike can be rented depending on availability.
The rental price is 500 PHP per day. Please contact us in advance to check availability and reserve your motorbike.
Dining
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Our breakfast includes a mix of muesli, toast bread, fresh fruits, jams, eggs, and coffee.
In some bookings, breakfast is already included. If not included in your reservation, the price is 100 PHP per person.
Lunch
Lunch is available upon request and must be pre-ordered at least 4 hours in advance by informing Lornie or Ren directly.
Please also let us know in advance if you have any food intolerances or if you prefer vegetarian or vegan options.
Lunch is usually served between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM and typically includes rice accompanied by traditional Filipino dishes.
The price for lunch is 300 PHP per person.
Dinner
We offer delicious traditional Filipino dishes as well as selected international meals for dinner.
Dinner must also be pre-ordered at least 4 hours in advance, and we kindly ask you to inform us about any dietary restrictions, allergies, vegetarian, or vegan preferences.
Dinner is usually served between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
The price for dinner is 300 PHP per person.
Snack Bar
For small snacks between meals, we offer a self-service snack bar with instant noodles, sweets, and potato chips.
Payment is based on trust. Guests may place the corresponding amount directly into the provided money box.
Drinking Water
We provide a complimentary water dispenser with normal, cold, and hot drinking water for free and available at all times for our guests.
